ORDERING A SOUL REVOLVER JACKET

Why can't I buy more than one jacket?

You can purchase as many jackets as you’d like, but since each jacket is made at time of order, we recommend buying one first to ensure the fit is perfect before ordering additional jackets. This process helps us minimise costs associated with returns and exchanges. If you're a returning customer and wish to order more than one jacket, please contact us here or email sales@soulrevolver.com

I want to purchase a product. What payment methods are available?

All orders are processed securely using Shopify Payments and PayPal.

I live outside of the United Kingdom. Will I have to pay import fees?

If you are in the EU or outside of the UK and the USA, you will have to pay your country’s import fees when you receive your jacket. Soul Revolver has no control over these charges. They are a part of your country’s trade policies, so please bear this in mind when ordering a jacket from overseas.

Do you accept checks, bank transfers, or payments over time?

We only accept credit/debit card payments. PayPal offer credit options.

My Payment has been declined, what should I do?

Your payment may have been declined for any of the following reasons:

– You have entered the incorrect billing address and telephone number. You will need to enter the information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

– You may have entered your credit card details incorrectly or the date has expired.

– You have reached your credit card limit. Please check with your bank.

I ordered a jacket from you. But I havent received any email updates on the order?

Please check your junk/spam folder if you are not finding emails from us in your inbox.

Can I return my jacket if I dont like it or it doesn't fit?

Yes, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return your jacket for an exchange or a refund. Your jacket return must be in brand new (unworn, only tried on) condition withhang tags still attached, within14 daysof you receiving your jacket. You can read our full returns policy here.

To avoid ordering the wrong size, please be sure to check and follow our size guide.
Be sure to take your own measurements using a clothing tape measure.Do not use clothing sizes.

I really like this jacket, but can it be made in a diffent color?

No, all jackets are made as pictured. We do not have any custom services.

How do I choose the correct size of jacket?

Can I get help with sizing?

Yes! we would be happy to help you with sizing. Please send your height, chest and waist measurements to sales@soulrevolver.com prior to making a purchase.

You dont have a size that will fit me. Can I get custom measurements?

No, we do not have a custom measurement service. How a jacket will fit you is entirely based on your own body measurements.

ORDER STATUS

Will I receive updates in regards to my order?

Yes, you will receive automated email updates at each stage of your jacket order. If you are not finding emails from us,please check your junk/spam folder.Confirmed– We have received your order and your payment.


Response Required– Please check your junk/spam folder for an email from us in case we may need to contact you regarding your order.


Processed– Your jacket order is now being made for you. No changes can be made to the order. NOTE: Your order will be processed during our office hours Monday – Friday. We are closed on the weekends.


Shipped– Your jacket order has shipped to you and you have received tracking information. NOTE that it should arrive within 1 – 2 business days.


Cancelled– No payment was received on your order. if you are ordering outside of the UK, you may need to contact your bank/credit card company to let them know you are making an international purchase, as they may be blocking the transaction.


Refunded– Your jacket order has been refunded.

I ordered the wrong size/colour. Can I change it?

No changes can be made, once your order has been processed. We will begin making your jacket right away. So please take the time prior to ordering to ensure you like the jacket style, colors it is available in as well as the fit. See our size guide here.

I ordered my jacket a week ago. Why haven't I received it yet?

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

I need my jacket by a certain date. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Our leather jackets take around 14 business days to make for you.
Our cotton jackets take a bit longer than that, due to the process it undergoes at our lab.

We ship via FedEx and Royal Mail. So once you receive your tracking information, you should expect to receive your jacket within 1 – 2 business days, in most cases.

If you need to have a jacket by a certain date, be sure to order in the necessary amount of time to receive it by that date. Please see our full delivery information page here.

I dont see my country on your list at checkout. Will you ship to me anyway?

No, if your country is not listed, we are not able to ship to that country at this time.

Can I have my jacket shipped to a PO Box, APO, or a mail forwarding company?

No, we can only deliver directly to you, at a physical address, within the same country as your billing address, such as your place of employment, as we do require your signature upon delivery.

Can I ship my jacket to an address other than my billing address?

Yes we can ship your jacket to an address, within the same country as your billing address, such as your place of employment, as we do require your signature upon delivery.

Can I ship my jacket to another country?

No, we will only ship to a different address, such as your work address in the same country as your billing address.

How long will it take to receive my jacket order?

What country do your jackets ship from?

We ship all of our jackets from the United Kingdom.

I will be away when the jacket is going to be delivered. Can you hold it from shipping?

No, we do not have the storage facilities to hold your jacket for a certain shipping date. Once your jacket is scheduled to ship, it will ship.

JACKET RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I orderd the wrong size, can I return my jacket for an exchange?

Yes, we can do an exchange for you. Please read our full returns policy here.

Be sure to let us know why you are needing an exchange and in which size you would like to exchange to. We may ask you for further information as well via email, once your jacket is received and in-processed.

I received my jacket, but am unhappy with it. Can I return it for a refund?

Yes, if you are unhappy with your jacket, you can return it for a refund. Please see our full returns policy and details here.

I have returned my jacket but I have not yet received an email from you in regards to my exchange or refund. Why?

Please note that it takes a few days for a return to in-process.

For Exchanges, you will receive an email asking for further information as well as an invoice for the shipping fee on the exchange.

For Refunds, please note that refunds are issued within 14 days of your jacket being received. Your order status will change to “Refunded” once the refund has been issued.

OTHER QUESTIONS

What type of leather do you use?

We use premium cowhide and lambskin leather for our jackets, along with sheepskin and cotton.

What zips do you use?

We use the legendary YKK zips.

Why are some jackets listed on the sale section cheaper?

Jackets listed on our sale section are listed at a discount as they are customer returns or jackets used in photography for promotions. They are already made and will typically ship to you within 7 business days.Only the style, colour, and size listed is available.

I have sent you an email but I have not received a reply from you. Why?

Please note that we are closed on the weekends. If you sent your email after our office hours, your email will be answered the following business day.

If it has been longer than the next business day, please check your junk/spam folder for a reply.
